Delete Your Nap24h Account

This page applies to the nap24h app (Bundle ID: com.nap24h.telco) and the service operated at https://nap24h.net.

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the Vietnamese version prevails.

The recommended method is to delete your account directly in the Nap24h app:

• Open the Nap24h app and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Read the warning and confirm. This action cannot be undone.
• After deletion, you will be signed out and cannot sign in again with that account.

Before deleting your account, please resolve any remaining wallet balance according to the Terms of Service because you will not be able to access the account after deletion.

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion through support.

• Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your Nap24h account.
• Use the subject: Nap24h account deletion request.
• Include your login email, name if available, and a clear statement that you want to permanently delete the account.
• We may verify your identity before processing the request.

• Login information, session tokens, trusted devices, and app preferences.
• Personal account profile data used for daily service operation.
• Server-side biometric data is not stored by Nap24h. Face ID / Touch ID data stays on your device.

Some records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, anti-fraud, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance.

• Transaction history and reconciliation logs may be retained for the legally required period.
• Security logs may be retained for a reasonable time to investigate incidents.
• Encrypted backups may retain data until the backup rotation cycle removes it.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 business days. Records that must be retained by law will be deleted or anonymized when the retention obligation expires.
